| European Standards in Serbia - Three sessions held |

Center for Democracy foundation started the project „European Standards in Serbia" in May 2010 in hotel „Tami Residence" in Nis. Three sessions were held from October to December and participants from Nis and Pirot county had the opportunity to learn more about EU and European regions as well as the process of regionalisation of Serbia.

Center for Democracy Foundation, with the help of Friedrich Ebert Foundation, organized a debate "Social dialogue in Serbia", within the project Democratic Political Forum, on December 16th, 2010 at the National Bank of Serbia.
Opening remarks were given by Snežana Lakićević Stojačić, State secretary of labour, Ministery of Labour and social policy and Ljubisav Orbović, president of Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia.

Opening remarks were given by Vesna Božić Trefalt, Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Directorate and Ksenija Petovar, project director in Center For Democracy Foundation. |

Center for Democracy Foundation, with the help of Friedrich Ebert Foundation, organized a debate "Institutions in Serbia - what should we do in 2011?", within the project Democratic Political Forum, on November 16th, 2010 at the National Bank of Serbia.
Opening remarks were given by Ksenija Milenković, advisor to the Deputy PM for European Integrations Božidar Đelić and Nataša Vučković, member of Parliament and general secretary for the Center for Democracy Foundation.

Seven projects of young researchers and journalists from serbia gained support from Slovak -Serbian EU Enlargement fund, within the second call of the grant-oriented project "Experience of Slovakia for Serbia's integration in the EU - grant programme for young analysts and journalists" implemented by the Pontis Foundation in cooperation with the Serbian Center for Democracy Foundation. |

Center for Democracy organized a round table on Wednesday, 29th of September at the SPENS in Novi Sad, as part of the project "We All Have a Right to a Safe Workplace". Round table was also organized in Kragujevac, on 27th of October. |
