CDF Strategic Planning for the Year 2020

Employees of the Center for Democracy Foundation, together with several FCD founders, gathered to review the organisation’s programme and strategic goals for the years 2020 and 2021.

The agenda of the meetings held on 9 and 10 January 2020, in Park Hotel in Belgrade, was the analysis of the CDF’s programmes and projects for the period 2017-2019. SWOT analysis identified weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats, enabling better and more profound insight into surroundings, activities, knowledge of the organisation and financing procedures.

The projects planned for year 2020 were analysed in detail – their main goals were discussed, ways to connect those goals and the programmes, activities, expected results and the timeframes. After this activity, the employees have complete picture about business operations planned for 2020, so they will be able to contribute to the fullest extent in achieving our organisation’s goals.

The Center for Democracy Foundation’s mission is to encourage and mobilize citizens for building a democratic society based on solidarity and sustainable development, to advance economic, social and cultural rights and advocate for accountable and efficient institutions through research, education and public dialogue.
