Presentation of the Book of Recommendations of the National Convention on the European Union 2023
The new Book of Recommendations of the National Convention on the European Union (NCEU) for 2023 was presented 3 November 2023 at the Media Centre, Belgrade.
The Book of Recommendations of the NCEU has been published continually since 2014. The book is a unique and comprehensive overview and assessment of negotiation talks and Serbia’s progress along its path to EU membership.
At the level of social policy, our key recommendation is that the country must start with reforms - this is the priority, assessed Nataša Vučković.
